Insane how the discourse changes from English referees are corrupt to referees have no chance… just because the referee was on Liverpools side.
It’s not just this yellow, there’s 7 other dodgy ones in that match alone. And Liverpool should’ve had at least 3 or 4 more
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, referees have no chance. A yellow card here has been deemed controversial for no reason other than that it harmed an underdog. Managers, players and pundits really need to reflect on the discourse around officials. It’s out of hand.

We haven’t conceded more than 1 goal in a game since February 4th. Even that was after a dodgy pen. Guehi has been immense and deserves the call up. Not his fault we can’t shoot. Btw our last clean sheet was against Liverpool the week before they beat Utd 7-0
