What’s your excuse again? My mate Bianca finished @DBNUltra sprint triathlon this weekend and she’s training for a half Ironman distance triathlon. 3 years ago after a car accident she was told she will never walk again. She’s lost 64kg’s and trains like a machine. 🙌🏻

A sad farewell to @PSassie who is heading back to Germany. A great guy who gives everything in training and racing. Will continue working with him ( and he with and as a part of Dinamic ) will just miss his awful puns at races. Travel safe and come back to visit.
