At the minute, 1% of athletes are funded the correct way. Then there’s 99%, who are banging their heads for years and if somehow they manage to breakthrough, then the pat on the back comes, and become 1%! The 1% have become animals to get there, but so much potential in that 99%
1/2 A lot of truth in what David says & he has been there so we need to take on board. A lot of good being done in HP and a lot more could be done better and alot more still to do. Proper investment needed.

I’ve always seen them as a long term process though. Doing them before a session probably doesn’t make a difference to performance, but doing them 2-3 times per week for 2-3 years BECAUSE you do them before every session, is surely the point on it improving form etc?
