Yesterday, the website myself and @LouiseShanahan have been working on for the past six months, went live. The site will hopefully make it easier (for you guys at least) to follow the sport, watch more events, and keep up to date with Irish athletes.

Having heptathlon calculation withdrawal symptoms, so doing some Road to Tokyo calculations instead!.
Yesterday's World University Games win will improve Kate O'Connor's Road to Tokyo score to 1260. That'll see her move up one place, to 13th as things currently stand, (there are 24 places; 10 have auto Q or wild card; 10 have auto Q or wild card).

Small update on this: Laros is doing the 800m today, and Lilleso and Grahn finished 1st and 2nd in the 10,000m last night!.
