The weather conditions are playing havoc on farms. The tillage sector urgently needs a support package if we are to deliver on targets to increase the amount of crops sown.
Lower speed limits on roads will be put in place by the end of this year, with all local authorities being told to review the streets in their area by the end of the summer to ensure the measures can be enforced.

That is what climate experts at the ICARUS Climate Research Centre in Maynooth University have concluded.
