One meal at a time. 🫶 Earlier this month, the entire Chip Ganassi Racing family participated in a food drive for @CCFPIndy. Thanks to the generosity of our team (and some light competition!), we donated a whole trailer full of food for those who need it most this time of year.

Chances are you get INDYCAR and motorsports news multiple times a week from someone who worked at the IDS while studying at IU. Very concerning developments here for one of the cradles of journalism in American sports.
IU previously directed the Indiana Daily Student to stop printing news coverage in our paper. Upon pushback, IU fully cut print, including our special editions. The IDS was not involved in the decision. Letter from the editors to come.

college coaches are often the face of their programs and that’s fine, and they are the ones to criticize with on field results regardless of circumstance, but if they were the ones steering the ship with conference realignment it would look entirely different than it does today

ok but to their defense, coaches did not vote on expansion. sure, it’s their job to deal with a mid-season west coast conference game effectively, but James Franklin was not the one voting on admitting UCLA to the conference. that was the university presidents.
