Same is also true of Micro-content. Sometimes, in some phases, the small dose is the most immediate & effective + limits downsides. But the "micro" has to be culled from something deeper & more robust, there has to be some THERE there or else all you've got is that dash of salt.
Microdosing sprints in the early 2000s was en vogue thanks to the work of @DerekMHansen and others. Now it’s just tossing a dash of salt for good luck to a bad macro program. So far we have fallen.
