Tendon compression seems to be the new spine flexion of biomechanical bogeymen. Very preliminary or non-existent research linking it to pain yet coupled with strong opinions by clinicians. Dogma 101

Before buying an online masterclass or consultation, ask the questions- Who is using the system, and how does it perform with injury data? How many years have they implemented that system within their own cohorts? What research are they using to support their claims?

Training with purpose takes courage now. Athletes feel they are movie stars and need to be doing things that everyone else is doing. If you fall into their pressures because you don't have a line in the sand, you will regret doing the silly stuff you know doesn't work later.
