Forces at 4 to 5 times body weight on a single leg with contact times around a tenth of a second. Those are the reps.
That's a lot of reps. Keep your sets low.

The state-based teachers pay scale is fair as are the state-based health insurance options.
I may move back to the Midwest some day, but it'd have to be a sweet gig.

They are also tied for the slowest 20y fly segment (1.85) of anyone running 4.40 or faster over the last 5 years.
1.85 over 20y is 22.1 MPH.
In short, if you can't fly at 23 MPH over 20y on a track, you can't run 4.40.
