Actually u should be told that PTSD can be diagnosed in non-war and non-military experiences. For instance, my wife passed away and my sons and I had different stresses due to the trauma of losing her. And I’m also a vet. Losing her was worse than any other trauma for me.

25 years ago today I joined the amazing Lima Fire Department!!! 5 years ago my wife said she was celebrating that day because we both were retiring! 😂 4 years ago today we were battling cancer. She went home to Heaven a week later. Today doesn’t feel like I thought it would.😓💔
