As this D2 game is about to begin, I once again think of our seniors sitting at home. There is no doubt in my mind that we would have impacted the road to Ford Field, and knowing my guys I wouldn't have put it past them to be playing for their 3rd straight title. Love you all!

After allowing roughly 10ppg over the last four years it is quite comical when our kids question changes in scheme. The "if it ain't broke don't fix it" mentality is what gets coaches/teams killed. You must adapt to your kids, your league, and the shifts within the game.

I expect perfection from my guys knowing full well that it is unobtainable, and they loveee to prove me wrong when I doubt them. Through 9 weeks this starting group has allowed 59pts for a 6.5ppg average, and if you remove Week 1 they have allowed 23pts or 2.9ppg.

Beating an 0-9 still gives more points than losing to a 9-0 team. It changes nothing, and changes zero headaches for schools like us trying to find games. Only alteration is playing bigger schools = more pts, but there is zero incentive for the bigger school to accept that game

A WR can only release 3 ways, right, left or straight. All the footwork/dancing/moves at LOS, means nothing. Only way it works is if u allow it to mess w/ your 👁. Otherwise just stay square/calm & let them dance bc all it does is move the LOS & wait for WR to declare

at least one team from the CHSL Central Division has been to a state championship every season since 1995. (OLSM made it to the class CC final in 1994 but they were in the AA division.)
