Today is August 20th, 2015. Ethereum is only 3 weeks old, the price ETH is $1.50, and only a few hundred smart contracts have been created. At 3:02 AM UTC, an anon developer named Linagee will deploy what is now known as, the first Ethereum memecoin. He names it AyeAyeCoin!

There's so much shit I just assume people know, but they have no clue about. Like: 1. Everyone who claimed punks has v1s 2. The first generative art on ETH are MoonCats. The contract was one month after Punks but did all kinds of new things. 3. Avastars are fully on-chain SVG.

Recently adopted this 2017 Mooncat, hard to avoid that in 10-20 years from now some of the first tradeable artworks on Ethereum will become incredibly hard to acquire. Now the question is do I give him a name @mooncatrescue .
