Our peer effect paper has now been published in the March issue of Econometrica. It proposes a model that generalizes the LIM (linear-in-means) model and estimates it. It shows the mistakes made by using the LIM model. See

Our findings are consistent with a framework in which hours constraints are motivated by the productivity gains derived from having a more cooperative production process, leading more productive firms to constrain hours and to pay compensating wage differentials (2/2).
