I joined His Holiness Pope Leo @Pontifex to celebrate Saint John Henry Newman being made the 38th Doctor of the Church. Coming from the Anglo-Catholic tradition, his insistence on moral reflection calls us back to what matters – leadership in the cause of what is right & just.

I met Sebastien Lai, son of British national Jimmy Lai, along with other partners. Jimmy Lai’s case is a priority for the UK and we continue to call on the Hong Kong authorities to end his politically motivated prosecution and immediately release him.
