Our judicial branch is on a roll. I’m discouraged by almost everything in congress and the executive but across party lines, judges are getting a lot of cases right, even tough ones (this one not so tough but excellent decision). We have more activist woke agencies than judges.

I see few movies but just saw and loved this. It is one of the most pro-capitalism and pro-competition movies I’ve seen. Viola Davis and Matt Damon were both terrific and my understanding is that Davis’ role was true to what Deloris Johnson did.

At least some of the diagnoses are for kids who aren’t maximally docile for unhappily single 30 something frazzled teachers with hangovers. More time moving outside could replace a lot of pharma for kids (and adults). Healthier but less monetizable.

Taking the other side of someone else's fake deal is near perfection. He takes 100% of the legal and ethical risk to make the price wrong then you get to ride it back to or at least toward what it is worth. He even has to pay for the press release, etc. Convenient/safe/lucrative.
