In times of high stress We tend to seek out things like (junk food, scrolling our phone, alcohol) Try this instead next time Take 5 min to just sit totally still Breathe in DEEP through the nose. Sigh it out through the mouth Allow yourself to feel the feelings

Our ego (the voice in our head) Try’s to convince us that everything is a big deal When in reality.. it ain’t ever that serious We’re spiritual beings in these human bodies. Whatever you’re stressed about.. let it gooo

Most men are red lining their bodies Chronically stressed. Adrenals are fried. Nervous system dysregulated. Waking up tired every day. But struggling to fall asleep at night Things don’t just magically get better.. you gotta course correct before it gets worse

When I was younger (late teens) I thought it was cool to not believe in God It was my way of rebelling I guess Now in my 30s.. Being a father Being a man of Faith is COOL. Raising my son in a house full of the Divine Spirit

For me, the ideal workout schedule looks something like 2-3 weight days per week 1 higher intensity cardio day 1-2 easy low intensity runs 30-60 min stretching daily
