At 2140 the mouse presented himself to us in clear view. We fear this was some sort of 'come on' and he has now laid traps for us.

I have two trail cameras with night vision capability on thier highest sensitivity setting. And neither caught the escape. I think he either jumped out, or squeezed out of the tiny gap. Or teleported.
