Last night @ncitycare_SSBC & the Family Mentor Service were honoured to WIN 🏆 at the @HSJ_Awards- A fitting way to celebrate the end of @TNLComFund 10 year programme early next year. Thanks to Public Health colleagues @MyNottingham & @NHSNotts for supporting our legacy 👏

💷 Our Value for Money award goes to @pics_primary for their Acute Home Visiting Service in Mid Notts. Housebound or care home patients needing same day GP visits are seen by a skilled Advanced Nurse Practitioner, saving GP time, reducing costs and reducing hospital admissions.
