Yesterday we had a wonderful day at the farm! We explored the farm, fed the animals, went tractor riding and did rock painting with families we support. Big thank you to @RHUBARBFARM1 for hosting us and providing a lovely lunch 😊

.⁦@RHUBARBFARM1⁩ volunteers are part of a social enterprise engaged in horticulture and agriculture.A lovely group of them made sausages yesterday with Sally, using meat from pigs they have raised. Their own recipe included tomato, oregano, chili and smoked paprika.

We visited the Bassetlaw Food Hubs run by @RHUBARBFARM1 together with community partners such as @RamsdenPrimary, the @nowchurchuk pantry in Langold, and @BassetlawS by @BassetlawB. All of these projects reach communities who have limited access to good food.

Our Remembrance Service in Nottingham to lay our wreaths for @RemembeRoutes took place this morning. We were delighted that @RHUBARBFARM1 & @MelLangtonArt could join us and see their Remembrance artwork at the station too #LestWeForget #remembranceday2022 @CommunityRail

We are delighted to announce that @RHUBARBFARM1 has been awarded some funding from @comicrelief to allow the BFIN Food Hubs, cookery classes & slow cooker courses developed alongside ABL Health and the @yhywnotts service to continue. We have enjoyed filming with them this week.

We had a great day yesterday at The Langwith Show at @RHUBARBFARM1 - a shining example of a community coming together to support a fantastic facility, as well as each other.

Yesterday we had the pleasure of welcoming @RFJamesUK. This was as part of our Golden Awards project with @RankFoundation. Our Volunteers foraged natural materials from site including fallen fruit and florals. The process, enthusiasm and team work was great to see.

We had an amazing day yesterday doing this.

@BootstrapCook If you visit North Notts, please pop into my school on a Tuesday… we have @RHUBARBFARM1. They charge our parents £3 to fill a bag of glorious fresh produce as well as near sell by dated items. It’s been such a success and has really helped some of our families

We are so proud of what Callum has achieved.

We are delighted to have been awarded a £20,000 Golden Award from the @RankFoundation. Led by our young volunteers, this award will be used to transform our much-loved Forest School building into a mindful, safe and calm space. Thank you @RankFoundation
