In Politics Aristotle endorses the idea that the middle class should be robust. The lack of money, poverty, and the presence of too much money, avarice, are too powerful for most people to overcome. A thriving middle class ameliorates such problems considerably.

"That's an intentional cover up"
Read the actual letter. The fact is the FDA and drug companies ensured that they did not have the evidence to know if the vaccines were safe and effective in children. That's an intentional cover up, and doctors knew it. It was obvious to anyone that the evidence wasn't there.
