Today the MV Hebrides turns 20 years old 🎂. She was launched on 2 August 2000 at Ferguson Shipbuilders in Port Glasgow by HM the Queen. She came into official service on 24 March 2001 on the Uig - Lochmaddy/Tarbert route - which has been her main route of service ever since.
