Recurrent RCA STEMI due to under expanded stent constrained by calcium. Vessel size 4.5-5.0 mm. Tried 4.5 mm @ShockwaveIVL IVL and 4.5 NC to 24 ATM. No luck. Used 4.5 x 20 mm @sis_medical OPN🎈up to 40 ATM and it finally expanded. Avoided CABG…for now 👍🏼 #ACCFIT #CardioTwitter
