Started my CICU block and was handed a patient with a primary diagnosis of: SCAPE💡 I had to pause and ask myself...SCAPE⁉️🤔 My attending's response: "Time to learn🧠" so here we go! Sympathetic Crushing Acute Pulmonary edema 🫁.
