Fisher & Kaval believe the move ends the issue and they can now move on. I think it's the opposite. They have severely underestimated the damage this'll do - to lots of things. In many ways, their "stadium problem" has only just begun. This vote solves nothing.
All of this was expected, including the unanimous vote to approve a Vegas move. Now it's up to A's owner John Fisher to decide what to do with the car now that he's caught it.

Think back to September 1999, when Bud Selig & MLB prevented the sale of the A's from Schott/Hofmann to Andy Dolich/Bob Piccinnini. Oakland would have had a new

ballpark at least 15 years ago, and all of this long-running mess could have been avoided.
