Civil servants should revert back to high status again. Maybe once the efficiency speed run is over, we can start that messaging. But I assure you, I chose to serve because I love America. I donāt love bureaucracy. Iām an Iraq veteran, Arabic linguist. When I got out, I took.
The āEā in DOGE is efficiency. It's not elimination. It's not extinction. We are trying to make the government do better for the American people and right-size itā the government can do a better job for the American people at a better price.

When Iām in conversations about AI related risks, I almost always bring up copyright and data ownership right risk of training data. What happens if you built an enterprise IT stack on top of foundation models, then legal shakes out to say much of the training data infringes.
While I briefly have no employer, let me tell you what's really happening with AI companies training on public data: [1/n].

Seems like an honest take grounded in blood, sweat, and tears.
We are pivoting away from doing enterprise AI transformations ("AI-native Palantir"). For now at least. I've shared our key learnings below. I'll share a detailed blog post soon. What's next? We are going to start moving insanely quickly on several other ideas. Stay tuned š.

This is the same thing they did to the Chicago rave scene. Take something pure, then squeeze every dime out of the believers. Thereās got to be a better way to build a movement than gouging on registration for an industry conference. Even if itās $500 for SMB instead of.
No @reindsummit for me this year. At $3k a ticket I couldnāt justify the cost. You all can go yap about manufacturing. Iāll be here with the crew making parts. *Just being a hater because I canāt afford the time or a ticket at the moment. The shop is booming and the side.

Pure GWOT Vibes. Can confirm. Same refrain on Iranian when I was working counter-IED from 2008-2015.
Iran has been at war with us for a long time. In 2015, it was reported that at least 500 U.S. military deaths in Iraq and Afghanistan were directly linked to Iran and its support for anti-American militants. Many of those in Iraq were from EFPs.

Or as I like to say and we all know is inherently true:. There's beauty in the struggle.
Itās a hefty 206-page research paper, and the findings are concerning. "LLM users consistently underperformed at neural, linguistic, and behavioral levels". This study finds LLM dependence weakens the writerās own neural and linguistic fingerprints. š¤š¤. Relying only on EEG,

People are so bullish on humanoid robots, but specialized form factors make so much more sense.
A new unicorn in robotics! š¦. @geckorobotics from Pittsburgh has reached a $1.25 billion valuation after raising $125 million in new funding. They build robots and AI software to inspect and improve important infrastructure like power plants, factories, and military systems.
