I’ve just had the Director of one of the country’s biggest HR consultancy firms call my personal phone at 6pm to shout at me down the phone and tell me that I would not be allowed to represent a member in their dismissal appeal. This is TU intimidation.
Earlier today we represented a member in a dismissal appeal hearing which had to to be postponed due to inappropriate questioning from the HR consultant. Just now, the director of @HRServiceScot called to tell us that our member will not be allowed their choice of representative.
