🚨BREAKING🚨 All 26 @unitetheunion members dismissed without notice at the Croydon Park Hotel have won their case for a Protective Award. The tribunal awarded each of them the maximum 90 days! This is on top of redundancy, notice and accrued holiday already retrieved.

. @WESTonTheGreen @Westbeer have just sacked another 2 members of staff for insufficient “work-rate & enthusiasm” When one of our members requested clarity on the reasons for her dismissal the owner said she had been reported as being “surly when walking”.
