Last night one of the Reps said they were concerned that kids would go to Florida on break calling it a "petri dish". An admin official told me something similar the other day. They really believe this nonsense. And Florida is doing better than RI! Incredible.
I still can't believe RI businesses get their mask mandate lifted today but children must wear them til March 4th.
I'm thrilled for the businesses! It's long overdue. But the children deserve urgency and instead got the opposite.
