@NEJM The same magnitude of benefit was seen for patients who started with normal cognition and those with mild cognitive impairment. So it's never too late to treat hearing loss—the benefits accrue over time. Many thanks to @brianyeosy @Harris_Song_JJ @reshmaamerchant and all authors!.
