Fine for overspeeding on Mumbai Pune expressway. Driving at 64kmph where the limit was 60 kmph. Why have expressways?. Are these Expressway booby traps to finance the highway devp programmes? . Is it safe to suddenly brake from 100kmph limit of Expressways to below 60 kmph?

Unfortunately Swatch Bharat mission which needed the push and momentum dried up pretty soon. We need a mass movement and a healthy coordination between Govt Authorities and Aam Janta.
Took the Vande Bharat from Delhi to Chandigarh and this was the view right after leaving the station. We urgently need garbage management on a war footing. Sad. 😖
