Mixed monolayers have potential for hole-selective layers with a tailored fit on the specific absorber layer. Hope this is useful for labs with wetting issues, it greatly improved our lab workflow at #HySPRINT.

A quick fix for wetting issues with some organic monolayers! Adding di-phosphonic acid improves processing yield while keeping same perovskite solar cell performance. Fast publication by @LtMagomedov and @AmranLux in @ACSEnergyLett. @HZBde.

We could finally shed some (near-UV) light on the LiF effect. #HySPRINT. Still curios about why there are some differing effects in some laboratories, and why Voc is only enhanced when LiF and C60 are evaporated within the same vacuum run.

Glad to have helped in this study. Interestingly, N2 plasma was needed to activate the oxide for good functionalization by a self-assembled monolayer. This has increased stability and voltage of the top cell.

In collaboration with Q CELLS we have shown that industrial, cost-efficient silicon solar cells are viable for tandems with 28.7% efficiency. Congrats to Kári Sveinbjörnsson @SveKari and Bor Li for their diligent processing! @HZBde #HySPRINT .
