If Labour really wants to crack down on scroungers living off state handouts, why haven't they returned energy, rail and water companies to social ownership yet?

Ed Miliband’s net zero crankery puts the UK’s energy, food and economic stability at risk. Spaffing £22bn on carbon capture machines, £11.6bn on overseas climate aid, plastering farmland with solar panels & restricting North Sea exploration is idiotic.

Dear @SteveReedMP Why is it OK for customers to throw £1billion away to parasite water companies, adding to the £85Bn that didn't go towards doing their job? People are getting even angrier. Here Ewan Mcgaughy explains how we can fix the problem. https://t.co/0ZTNvXkQL2

If Thames Water is doing so badly that it needs to borrow three billion quid at credit card interest rates just to keep going, what's the justification for the chief exec's £15k pay rise?

The facts: almost £1 billion of bill payers' money spent just so that Thames Water can carry on ripping of its customers and polluting our rivers and streams. Water needs to be taken into public ownership. Ash Williams of @WindrushWasp outside the High Court this morning.

Mass-scale solar panels on prime farmland shouldn’t ever be approved and developed. As well as destroying scenic countryside, it reduces domestic food supply. Put solar panels on brownfields, car parks and roofs instead.
