A big part of adoption for me is not the transition from Web2 to Web3 - it’s moving from CEXs to DeFi/DEXs. It can seem complex and confusing the first time you have to think about MetaMask/TW, gas fees, bridging, cold storage etc. Education is as important in adoption as.

The Polkadot thing is a great example of why KOL marketing should not be a scattergun approach. Working with targeted KOLs (oftentimes smaller) with engaged, genuine audiences is the way to get real ROI when utilising a KOL campaign to grow. Polkadot overpaid & ultimately.
