Why is it that HYBE keeps getting former SM employees? I have a feeling on what this says - the work that SM puts out is very high quality and the employees behind the scenes are extremely talented, but SM is not doing enough to get them to stay.

The thing is, the hate IS different in 2024. For starters, the internet is a much different place and it is easier than ever to leave hate comments 24/7 because of smart phones. There there is the fact that the haters are a much larger group of people from all over the world now.
BoA had never done this in her career. There must be something serious going on with her. Hope everything is alright with her, and hope it's not because of the haters because I know she's always much stronger than the haters, no way she's scared of haters in 2024 but not in 2000.

Biggest example is Jaejoong. He admits he started his trainee life as tone deaf (the reason why his parents didn't support him), and look at how good he is now. The right training, a willingness to learn and get better, and perseverance can make a world of difference.
