My cramps have been markedly worse since vaccination. Very pro vaccine. 4 doses. But it was a night and day difference for both my uterus and my lungs. Made my uterus significantly worse. Made my long Covid lung damage significantly better.

I keep seeing vegans dismissing bird flu concerns by saying “just go vegan.” I wish I could. My autoimmune protocol diet is what keeps me out of losing all bodily and mental functioning. It’s like telling me to “just stop Covid precautions.” The outcome is likely similar for me.

Awesome. Now my gf’s kids who are in online school are being mandated to come in person every day for a week for 4 hour test sessions. I’m immunocompromised and she has a history of strokes. We bought them flo masks and are asking the school for accommodations. This is bullshit.

Kinda feels like making excuses for that behavior. It probably was trauma, but when I got seriously ill my mom verbally attacked me repeatedly. I lost the ability to properly walk, talk, do basic self care, and she only ripped into me daily. I stopped taking her calls for months

I did know in March 2020. It was obvious by then. If I had known in January 2020 I would have used my vacation and any money I had to go on a trip with my gf/the love of my life to have some real time with her before my life essentially ended as an immunocompromised person.

There is no alternative but death or further disability as an immunocompromised person. I tried to get a permanently remote job but my applications went nowhere. I’m going to try to fight for a permanent medical accommodation to telecommute. All of my goals/plans in life ended
