Sorry it got to this point, but I'm selling $PKST here for a couple of reasons:. I think they're making some nice moves, but the dividend cut will probably crush this stock price. There aren't extra prizes for holding stocks while they go down and I have plenty of other things.
I don't always buy REITs.but when I do. I prefer the ones with 50-100% upside and 9% dividend yields:. $pkst

I owned $NBIS from the prior Yandex spin-off and I sold it around just getting my basis back. I also traded around $CRWV earlier this year and I think I bought it a couple of times around $40 and sold each time around $45. Would it be great to have held those? Sure. Am I upset.
