New data from the OCEAN-TAVI registry: among 2,699 pts treated with SAPIEN 3, long-term outcomes and BE-THV durability were comparable between small and large aortic annuli. BVF remained infrequent (3.2% at 7 yrs), and annular size showed no association with mortality or BVF.
