Six years of living with a heart transplant. Six years of hard work. Six years of laughs, beauty, & even some fun. Six years of accepting that this is my “new” normal, and that’s OK. Thank you for your support, friends. Most importantly, thank you to my organ donor, Lucy. 🫀

Approx 6 years ago to the minute @AG_EM33 had her heart quite literally cut and removed from her chest and replaced a new. I'm grateful for her donor, surgeons, and her perseverance. Over the last two years she has become part of the fam and wonderful bonus mom to my 2 kiddos.
