Our podcast’s number one fan = my dad, who has had familial cardiomyopathy for almost 30 years. He loved the latest episode with Dr. Adamson, the CMO of @AbbottNews Heart Failure. The notes he’s taking! 😅🥹 #support #likefatherlikedaughter #dadsofdoctors

Both sides of the stethoscope isn’t just a podcast, it’s a lifestyle many are living. Colby published this article in @CircAHA sharing what it is like to be a cardiologist with a heart transplant.

More importantly I learned in an occupation that sees extremely large levels of burnout, your relationships can make all the difference. Thankful for these MAs, interpreters, and everyone else in this office that put up with my nonsense and gave me an enjoyable work environment.

This project took longer than I hoped, but happy to have finally completed it. It’s my first “real” first author publication and I am thankful to have it in the @JCardFail. Hopefully this is the first of many about patient experience, and the start of implementing change.
