Today members of

paid their respects at the Landing Craft Gun (LCG) 15 & 16 Stone of Remembrance in Freshwater West, Wales.
LCG 15 & 16 sank in April 1943 after they ran into a severe storm. The wrecks are now a war grave and memorial to the men who lost their lives.

Wooohooo, we’ve just had our first landing craft utility (LCU) refit in 6 years. Battling against loss of knowledge, due to time and turnover of personnel, the team have put in more than 90,000 manhours to successfully pass harbour and sea acceptance trials.
