When you interviewed me - you asked me repeatedly and I told you repeatedly GDP is a terrible way to measure heath & well being. As a Tory peer who also is a radio host - you seemed confused by that. It's also a position held btw by Simon Kuznet who designed the idea of GDP.

I've been warning for months that Labour isn’t mainly losing votes to Reform — but to other parties on the centre-left. The Starmer strategy of chasing Reform voters and telling former Labour voters they have nowhere else to go will lead to even more elections like Caerphilly.
