unpopular opinion: . your crypto project doesn't need a token . sometimes the best crypto apps are just normal apps that happen to use blockchain for the parts that actually benefit from it. only a crypto infra might need a token, not every apps.

Same goes for roadmaps. One thing I liked about Celestia’s roadmap is they anchored the audiences mind around 1GB blocks. Don’t promise 10 small things, promise 1 big one.

In Crypto marketing the smartest move is to lean into your strengths. If you’re infra, your customers are dApps and protocols… double down on BD funnels. If you’re a dApp, lean into gamification or infoFi. A good product retains users. Either way, your branding better be.

This is a big problem with crypto and why we struggle with adoption. We're so focused on "crushing" the western unions of the world when we could be integrating with them. That's called PMF. Don't crush it, embrace it.

Get in taxi. Driver is on the phone with Western Union clearly frustrated. They go back and forth for 20min. Brutal call. Finally it ends. Driver tells me this happens weekly. He sends $100 to Haiti every Friday but it rarely processes so he has to call. Western Union.
