Given most people can only maintain focused attention for about 7–10 minutes before mental fatigue sets in I optimize for 5-10 minute calls throughout the day and week to touch base rather than one 30 minute call. Who has a handbook for running an engaging 30 min meeting??

TBH, the #1 thing that a web3 exec can do is learn to manage their mood swings especially in the bear market. even a 20% reduction in mood swings will positively impact trust, collaboration, morale, communication. shit really does roll downhill.
