Every visit to BDC @bristoldc feels so special; it’s where I had my first part-time job at the UoB. Huge thanks for tonight’s Winter Party, and I’m so happy to take photos with my friend, a cherished festive gift! Guess I need to learn more posing skills though, lol! #PhDLife

Many thanks for Dr. @Ye_Tian_1223’s invitation. I guess everyone can find a character in wuxia novels that they aspire to be, whether it’s a ‘hero’ or an ordinary person. Wuxia gives me dreams to pursue. 📅:July 20, 2024 🕒:9:30 am (UK), 4:30 pm (China) Hope to see you there!
The July Translation Forum (@translate_ac & @MLACdurham ) themed “Translating Wuxia”. Both researchers have a keen interest in Jinyong’s English translation and reception. The forum will be held in 20 July (this Saturday). All are welcome but the language will be mandarin.
