Unfortunately bullying ,harrasment and discrimination have not gone away , it's now more sophisticated and complicit - even staff that have this in the work plann end up being manged out by those in senior postion s . We really need to start holding truth to power !.
There are some worrying and upsetting issues raised in this article about the treatment of NHS staff at work and online. There is no place for this behaviour - all NHS staff should be able to do their jobs without fear of threats or abuse.
