- Selling IP to VC (this includes many fav "DAOs")
- Launching valueless tokens
- Raiding treasuries with unrelated grant props

an llc isn’t a dao. it is a tool to execute IRL txs. dao legislation is largely marketing for lawyers. daos intuitively are flat orgs. launching a dao is assuring trustless execution and fair entry and exit. where legal structures begin to prevent this, the dao part ends.
