@RaveenTheDream Both ED and scalp health are connected to kidney health. Organs hold emotions and kidneys are known as the organs that hold fear. So I wonder how their modern lifestyles, including their emotional states, may be impacting their kidneys.

I’ve watched videos of gardeners in Africa. But most of the food they grow is from the Americas and Asia. What does it say about culture and identity when the majority of the foods you grow on your private land, in your home country, is foreign? Food & culture are not separate.

Wonder why elders don’t talk? There was once an elder who revealed a vital part of their family history. Most didn’t believe the elder so she changed her story to fit the narrative they wanted to believe. When the elder died, a family historian confirmed her original story.

There’s an awakening occurring. People are getting more in tune with their spiritual (authentic) selves. I don’t think it’s a coincidence that at the same time, society is being pushed towards more technology-driven artificiality. Tech is cool but don’t let it halt the healing.
