Beef was all class and as genuine as they come. You'd never catch him without a big smile on his face. Rest in Peace Beef gone way too soon, thoughts to his loved ones.

I loved Beef. He snuck up on you. His charm and humility and unwavering class were fitting of like some gentleman from the 1800s. Being around him made me see the golf course or the dinner table we were at from a place of gratitude, a "can you believe how lucky we are"

The cowbells were awesome. Wasn’t too annoying you just get used to them.
If I may speak freely, I really do like the cowbell tradition at Mississippi State. It’s unique and that’s good for CFB.

Next stop: Starkville. Well technically first stop is Memphis, then the rental car counter then a two hour drive down through Tupelo and might stop in West Point to eat at Anthony’s. Then Starkville. And then I take down the Texas Longhorns.
