Really enjoyed leveraging latest workflow tricks. The ability to batch 30+ samples per run by live-cell barcoding for CyTOF enhanced the rigor of the analysis + @SorenCharmsaz and @NicoleElizGross employed CytoNorm (@SofieVanGassen) to further normalize the data across batches.

our ligand-receptor work using domino suggests vax + pde5i supports active il12 and cxcr3 signaling and inactive notch signaling.the effect on efficacy is modest but the study is a lesson on looking broadly at opportunities for overcoming tough immunosuppressive barriers in pdac.

using a high-bar immunotherapy-resistant model of PDAC, we show that tadalafil added to msln-listeria and ICI combo improves resistance against pdac growth- we then reveal using cytof and scRNAseq to identify reduction of mhcii-/lo CD206hi macs and enrichment of ifn-pathways.
