GOP has had control of the Arkansas budget for about 13 years. They’ve had a trifecta (Governor, House, Senate) for over a decade. No one but the very rich is better for it. They’ve blown your tax dollars on $19K lecterns, Disney Paris, and billion dollar prisons no one wants.
So Arkansas has 6.9 billion net available yet we want to spend 17% of that for a mega prison that will operate at 9 million a month and we currently pay counties 3 million a month. Where will the money come from? Yes taxes since 2022 for individuals are down from 4.9% to 3.9%

Again, Republicans do not give a shit about the Capitol Police, who their base mercilessly attacked on 1/6/21 and whose assailants received pardons by their cult leader. No wonder these losers keep losing.
If I were a Democrat, I would be embarrassed to walk into this building every day. To walk past the men and women of the Capitol Police not getting paid. The junior staffers wondering how they are going to pay their rent. How can Democrats look any of these people in the eyes?
